What is IPTV?

  • IPTV stands for Internet Protocol Television, which is a digital television broadcasting protocol that delivers television content through internet networks instead of traditional satellite or cable television connections.

What equipment do I need for IPTV?

  • We provide step by step instructions to install the IPTV app on an Amazon Fire Stick. (The same instructions will work on a Amazon Fire TV.) If you don't already have an Amazon Fire Stick, we recommend the 4K or 4K Max version, regardless if you have a 4K TV.

Will the IPTV service work on other devices?

  • Yes, it would likely work on:
    • Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Sony, etc.)
    • Android boxes
    • Apple TV
    • Smartphones and tablets (iOS and Android)
    • MAG/FORMULER boxes

However, these devices are outside of the scope of instructions we provide. With some minor google skills and technical know how, you would likely be successful in installing the apps on these devices.

(Please note that Roku is not compatible with any IPTV services.)

What channels can I watch with IPTV?

  • You can access a wide range of local and international television channels, including sports, news, entertainment, movies, and more. You can view a list of channels offered by clicking on the Channels link on the left. (Please note, the list is subject to change at anytime.)

What foreign language channels do you offer?

  • There is a small number of Spanish channels. Beyond that, none. Our service focuses on quality over quantity. Please take a look at the channels list to see what's available.

Can I Cancel My Service?

  • All new subscriptions are for a 3 month term. Renewals are NOT AUTOMATIC and you are not obligated to continue if you don't want too.

Can I use the subscription on multiple devices?

  • Yes. You can use the service on TWO devices at the same time. There is no limit to the amount of devices the apps are installed on, only how many devices are used concurrently.

Do I need to use a VPN?

  • You are not required to use a VPN, nor do we recommend using one if not necessary (your ISP blocks IPTV).

How long will it take to get my setup emails?

  • Setup emails are usually sent within 24-48 hours. Rarely there is a longer wait period. Your subscription time DOES NOT START until you receive the setup emails.

I would like to try the service before signing up. Do you offer free trials?

  • No, unfortunately we do not offer trials. We feel our 3 month initial subscription is very competitively priced and there is no obligation to continue.

Can I purchase your service as an alternative to satellite or cable?

  • Yes. Most of our subscribers cancel their cable or satellite subscriptions a few months after subscribing.

Is your service "IP Locked"?

  • No.

Can I use IPTV while traveling?

  • Yes, IPTV can be used while traveling as long as you have a stable internet connection. In some cases, a VPN may be needed to bypass geographic restrictions.

Is there a DVR function?

  • No.
